Let’s get this setup to work for you
Parent Setting Up a Student in Accomplished
Select or Add Student
Start by selecting the student you want to add/edit subject for.
You may need to add the student if you haven’t already.
Help! I’m not getting this to work
Add Subjects to Student
- Add required subjects
- Add any elective subjects

Tip: You can setup multiple "subjects" for the same curriculum.
For example, "Math - Textbook" and "Math - Workbook"
The subject list is sorted alphabetically
Set Days of Week
Choose which days you want to work on subject. This will be when you are prompted to work on the next item in that list.
Add link, if applicable
You can add a link if you go to a website for your subject.
Some curriculum offer online content, and you can setup a link to that site for easy
Set Color for Subject
Choose the background color of your subject card for when it is displayed on Today’s Focus List.
Add "Assignment List"
- Add any type of “assignments” you wish, whether the list from the table of contents or a generic “session”
- The point of the list is to provide you a prompt on what to work on, as well as an way to say what you’ve done without having to input a separate description.
Assignments
Table of Contents provide a great way to think about working through the content. Either put it in directly as it is, or convert it to a generic list (that is easier to put into the system)
Less Structured Approaches
The assignment list also can be used for less structured approaches, but will use the more generic approach to the assignments.
Session 1 – n, where n is the total number of sessions you plan to have.
Type into the description a brief note of what was done.
Time Logs
For those subjects that are more about putting in the required number of hours, the time logs will help you
Setup Student Account
Click Log In >> then
Click “Log In”
Click “Sign Up”
Enter email address
Choose a password that meets the criteria
Continue
Initialize Account
Enter Birthday
If part of a school that uses Accomplished, enter the School Code
Select Role (Must be over 18 to select parent)
if select Student, a new input will appear for the “connect code” which can be found on the parent account
Accept the agreements and click submit
You will be directed to log in again… this is to pull the right data
Log in Again to refresh data
This will only happen this first time
Student Account is Now Setup!
